How Yoga Changed My Life

Here at MalaForest a lot of our growth came from traveling the world and experiencing the immense opportunities of growth through community, meditation and yoga. The post below is an blog entry by one of our volunteers, Hayleigh Bailey. It describes her process of finding yoga and meditation and how it led her to new horizons of travel and exploration. I wrote my second poem ever and I thought by sharing it here, someone, even just on person might enjoy it. So...I hope you enjoy! :) Art In Heart - A Poem By Robert O'Kruk Hello...
