Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what the issue is. If there's something wrong with your Mala, we'll simply ask you to share photos of the defect within 7 days of receiving it.
In some situations we'll ask you to ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase. At this point we'll ship you a new one at no cost.
If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, we will refund your order. Just ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your purchase minus a 15% restocking fee.
