Meditation Dates: Oct 29th, Nov 5th, 12th, 19th, & 26th 2017
This meditation style is perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Group meditation is an opportunity to learn and practice simple breath focus meditation with a friendly group of like minded people. It's an amazing way to slow down at the end of the week and bring more peace into your life. The class begins with some very gentle stretching and movement to warmup the body to be comfortable in any meditative position you chose. A 30 minute meditation is followed by the invitation to share your experience and ask any questions that you may have.
There is no recommended minimum donation. You are free to attend this meditation free of charge, or share a nominal donation. It's up to you.
Please arrive up 15 minutes before the start time to avoid disturbing others upon arriving.
These meditation are led by Robert O'Kruk. Robert is a Canadian born yogi with a deep passion for meditation. He has learnt and practiced a variety of yoga styles around the world but resonates the most with hatha yoga. He believes that one of his purposes in life is to serve others and spread love. To him, this means inviting and inspiring others to experience yoga and meditation. Robert is passionate about yogic philosophy and loves incorporating ancient Indian teachings into his classes. To him, yoga and meditation are practices we can use to learn to live as harmoniously as possible with ourselves, each other and the planet.
